Patriarchy has being a proven failure. The hierarchical structures this system creates where men are dominant and women are oppressed leads to a range of negative consequences for individuals and society as a whole, including gender-based violence, wage gaps, limited opportunities for women, and perpetuation of harmful gender stereotypes. Patriarchal societies often prioritize values such as aggression, competition, and individualism over empathy, collaboration, and care. This can lead to a society that is hostile, aggressive, and lacks empathy towards others.
A women led community is quite the opposite of this, and it has been proven by research as well. A female led society include a greater gender equality, improved economic opportunities for women, more progressive social policies, and greater emphasis on issues such as health care, education and social justice. Additionally, research suggests that female leaders are less corrupt and display greater ethical behavior than their male counterparts. A women led world creates a more equitable, just, and prosperous society.
